The City Collector of the City of St. Robert is appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council.  The duties of the City Collector are  to deposit daily all monies collected and see that all persons engaged in any business for which a license is required, take out such license.

 

Payment Options

Mail or in Person

You may pay by mail using a check, cashier's check or money order.    Cash, check, cashier's check or money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express are accepted when paying in person at the drive-up window  or the customer service desk inside City Hall located at 194 Eastlawn Ave., Suite A, St. Robert, Missouri 65584. (map)  A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card payments.

Online

For your convenience, the city of St. Robert accepts payment online. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or electronic check are accepted.  Payments are processed through Federal Payment Solutions.  Federal Payments charges a convenience fee of 2.5% for credit card payments (minimum fee of $2.00) and $1.50 for electronic check payments.

Payments made Monday - Thursday will not post to your account until the next day.  Payments made Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays will be posted the next business day.  Please keep this in mind when making your payment online to avoid any late penalty fee.

Business and Merchants

No merchant's (liquor, cab, etc.) license may be issued to any person who owes delinquent personal or real property taxes, water bills, or any delinquent obligation to the City of St. Robert. (Ord. No. 60 §1, 12-18-62)

Your Business & Merchants request application can be viewed and printed from here, You can fill it out at your convenience and bring it in to the City Hall between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
