Court Room Rules
Absolutely no Food or drink allowed in the Courtroom. No firearms or weapons of any kind allowed. No cell phones, electronic instruments or electronic devices allowed in the Courtroom.
Court Room Dress Code
This dress code applies to all courtrooms in Pulaski County, regardless of which Judge is presiding, and applies to men and women alike.

NO SHORTS, TANK TOPS, GARMENTS WITH OFF COLOR OR RISQUE MESSAGES, OR OTHER REVEALING OR INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS ALLOWED IN THE COURTROOM. INFANTS ALLOWED IN THE COURTROOM WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE COURT ONLY.

Fine Payment Information

By Mail or In Person
Payments in the form of cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are accepted in person. MasterCard, Discover or Visa are accepted by phone. Checks and money orders will be accepted by mail if made payable to the City of St. Robert.
Online
For Your convenience, the City of St. Robert accepts payments online. Payments are processed through Federal Payments. You may use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards to make a payment. Federal Payments applies a convenience fee for this service of $2.50 for credit card and $1.50 for electronic check.

Payments made Monday - Thursday will not post to your account until the next day. Payments made Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays will be posted the next business day. Please keep this in mind when making your payment online.

Be advised that payments must be posted prior to the court date printed on your citation or you will be required to appear in Court.

Warrants cannot be paid Online

Those who have plead guilty and signed a fine payment plan and wish to make their payments online must contact the court at 573-451-2000 extension 1103 or 1150 to make arrangement to pay online.

NOTICE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VOLUNTARY ONLINE PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN A CONVICTION AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE DRIVER'S LICENSE DIVISION. PAYMENT WILL FORFEIT ANY RIGHT TO REQUEST A DRIVING SAFETY CLASS OR DEFERRED PROSECUTION FOR POSSIBLE DISMISSAL OF YOUR CITATION.

BY AGREEING TO CONTINUE MAKING PAYMENT YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVING ALL YOUR RIGHTS TO TRIAL

Warrants cannot be paid by check. Two party checks are not acceptable. Return checks will result in a $25.00 processing fee being assessed, your case will be considered open, and a warrant may be issued for your arrest until the fees have been paid in full.

Highlights
The City elected officials consists of a Mayor, eight Aldermen (two for each of the four wards) and a Municipal Judge. The Mayor, Aldermen and Judge serve two-year terms. The City appointed officials are comprised of a City Administrator, Assistant City Administrator, City Attorney, City Clerk, Finance Officer, Police Chief, Assistant Police Chief, and Fire Chief. Persons holding these positions are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
