City Clerk
The Debra Adkins is the St. Robert City Clerk. Debra has been employed with the City of St. Robert over 30 years. The City Clerk keeps a journal of the Board of Aldermen meetings, keeps all the records and papers belonging to the City, administers official oaths and acts as the election official for municipal elections. The clerk's office handles all Merchant, Business, Vending, Liquor, and Solicitor licensing and permits. Along with her duties as City Clerk, Debra is the department head for the Utility Billing Department, City Collector, Accounts Payable and Finance Office.
