There will be one (1) Deposit per meter
Depository Box - To drop off payments after hours, a secured locked drop box is available next to the drive-up window at the Municipal Center.
Payments made Monday - Thursday will not post to your account until the next day. Payments made Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays will be posted the next business day. Please keep this in mind when making your payment online to avoid a late penalty.
If you have received a disconnect notice, please keep in mind that your online payment will not post to your account until the next business day. Your payment must be posted to your account two (2) days prior to the cut off date on your notice to avoid service disconnection and a reconnect fee being applied.
View or Pay Utility Bills Online
The utility bill will become due and payable upon receipt and will become delinquent on the fifteenth (15th) of the month in which billed. A five percent (5%) penalty shall be added to all monthly bills following non-payment for the use of utilities. If such bills are not paid on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month after the same are due and payable utility service will be discontinued on the first (1st) working day of the month that is followed immediately by another working day, if any portion of a utility bill or utility related debt owed to the City is unpaid. To reconnect, a fee of $50.00 for residential customer and $100.00 for commercial will be required.
At no time is a customer authorized to interfere with or alter the City of St. Robert utility meters. Please contact us if there are any problems.

Requesting City Services
The person requesting city services must apply in person at St. Robert City Hall located in the St. Robert Municipal Center at 194 Eastlawn Avenue between the hours of 8:00am - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 pm. A copy of the lease, if renting or first page of closing document, if home owner, showing the name and address of the person applying for services and photo identification is required. In the event that you move to another residence within the City, you must pay a new deposit for the new location before activating services. The transfer of deposits is not authorized. Regardless of location, your original deposit will be applied to your final bill. A forwarding address will be required at the time of termination to allow us to forward your refund or bill, whichever applies.

You may pay by mail using a check, cashier's check or money order. Cash, check, cashier's check or money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express are accepted when paying in person at the drive-up window or the customer service desk inside City Hall located at 194 Eastlawn Ave., Suite A, St. Robert, Missouri 65584. Automatic Payment
The City of St. Robert offers Automatic Bill Pay for your convenience. To Start Automatic Bill Payments for Utilities Billing please complete the Automatic Bill Payment Application Form and return it to City Hall.Online Payments
For your convenience, the city of St. Robert accepts payment online. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or electronic check are accepted. Payments are processed through Federal Payment Solutions. Federal Payments charges a convenience fee of $4.75 for credit card payments and $1.50 for electronic check. Federal Payment Solutions has a $500.00 per transaction limit on credit card payments. If you need to make a payment over $500.00, you will need pay by electronic check or make your payment by phone.
