If you have received a disconnect notice, please keep in mind that your online payment will not post to your account until the next business day. Your payment must be posted to your account two (2) days prior to the cut off date on your notice to avoid service disconnection and a reconnect fee being applied.

For your convenience, the city of St. Robert accepts payment online. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or electronic check are accepted. Payments are processed through Federal Payment Solutions. Federal Payments charges a convenience fee of $4.75 for credit card payments and $1.50 for electronic check.   Federal Payment Solutions has a $500.00 per transaction limit on credit card payments. If you need to make a payment over $500.00, you will need pay by electronic check or make your payment by phone.  If you have a question regarding this limit, please contact us.

Payments made Monday - Thursday will not post to your account until the next day. Payments made Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays will be posted the next business day. Please keep this in mind when making your payment online to avoid a late penalty.

City Real Estate Taxes

City Real Estate Taxes are now collected by the Pulaski County Collector and will be reflected on your Pulaski County Tax Bill. Click here for information regarding how to pay your City Real Estate Taxes.  

On September 8, 2009, the Board of Alderman voted to cease levying and collecting personal property taxes from owners of personal property within the city of St. Robert.  Therefore, St. Robert residents will not received a personal property bill from the city of St. Robert.
