The City of St. Robert is proud to recognize PIP Solutions as our September Business Showcase of the Month.

Located at 878 Missouri Avenue, Suite 7, PIP Solutions has been serving the St. Robert community since opening its doors on April 13, 2018. Owned and operated by Kelly and Debbie Pippin, this locally owned business has built its reputation by helping customers turn their ideas into customized creations while providing the kind of personal service that makes everyone who walks through the door feel like family.

PIP Solutions specializes in customized apparel and specialty products using direct-to-garment printing and sublimation. While apparel is at the heart of their business, their capabilities extend well beyond shirts. Customers can turn to PIP Solutions for customized mugs, travel mugs, water bottles, hitch covers, and a variety of other specialty items. When a customer comes through the door with an idea or a special request, Kelly and Debbie make every effort to find a way to bring that idea to life.

One area where PIP Solutions has made a particularly visible impact is through its work with local youth sports. From flag football and soccer jerseys to youth basketball uniforms and team shirts, their work can be seen on young athletes throughout the Waynesville-St. Robert community. Team shirts have become one of their signature products, allowing players, coaches, parents, and supporters to show their team pride with customized apparel created right here in St. Robert.

At the center of PIP Solutions is a simple philosophy: treat every person who walks through the door like family. That commitment is reflected in the customer service they provide and the relationships they have developed throughout the community. Customers have praised the business for its graphic design work, value, and excellent customer service.

When asked what inspired them to open a business in St. Robert, their answer was equally simple and meaningful. They wanted to do something that could help someone, no matter how small that contribution might be. That philosophy continues today. Whether they are creating uniforms for an entire youth sports team, helping a local organization with customized apparel, or producing a single personalized item for a customer, they approach each project with the same desire to help.
