The City of St. Robert is proud to recognize Jason Goldsmith of FLW Sanitation as our September 2026 Employee of the Month.

Jason serves as a Truck Driver with FLW Sanitation and has been a member of the City of St. Robert team for just over a year. In that time, he has distinguished himself through his dependability, strong work ethic, knowledge of his responsibilities, and the pride he takes in doing his job well every day.

Jason's supervisor describes his dependability as "second to none." He can be counted on to show up ready to work, accomplish the mission, and do whatever is necessary to ensure the job gets done. Just as importantly, Jason does not consider his work finished simply because his own responsibilities are complete. He is always willing to move on to the next task and help wherever he is needed to support his coworkers and accomplish the team's daily mission.

That attitude represents the kind of teamwork that keeps City operations moving forward. Much of the work performed by FLW Sanitation happens quietly and behind the scenes, but it is an important part of the services our City provides. Employees like Jason make those operations successful through consistency, professionalism, and a willingness to put the team's needs first.

Jason's knowledge, dependability, pride in his work, and commitment to helping others have earned the respect of those who work alongside him. His supervisor described this recognition as "a long time coming" and as well deserved.
