The City of St. Robert is pleased to officially welcome United Tech Foundation to our local business community.

United Tech Foundation became a nonprofit organization based in St. Robert on July 4, 2025. Founded by CEO Matthew Middleton, the organization was established with a mission to make dependable information technology services accessible to people who may not otherwise be able to afford them.

As our daily lives become increasingly dependent on computers and other technology, even a minor technical problem can disrupt someone’s work, education, medical appointments, or ability to communicate. United Tech Foundation works to remove the financial and technical barriers that often prevent people from receiving the assistance they need.

United Tech Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit managed service provider that focuses on assisting veterans, senior citizens, underserved small businesses, and other members of the community. Its services include IT assistance and consultation, device troubleshooting, remote monitoring, update management, automated patching, secure cloud backups, and other forms of technology support. The organization also uses artificial intelligence to improve its services and capabilities.

Matthew founded United Tech Foundation after moving to St. Robert for his daughter. He wanted to build an organization that would serve the greater good, help make Americans more digitally secure, and make his daughter proud to call him her father.

The organization follows a philosophy Matthew calls the “Grandmother Treatment.” Every client, coworker, and device is treated with the same patience, dignity, respect, and care that someone would give to a beloved family member.

United Tech Foundation provides services Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The organization is closed on holidays. Services may be provided in person or remotely, depending on the customer’s needs.
